Aegean Salad with Oregano Vinaigrette

Ingredients

    Canned Olives
  • 4 cup 
    Looseleaf Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup 
    Onions
  • 1 med 
    Red Tomatoes
  • 1 small 
    Sweet Peppers
  • 1/2 cup 
    Feta Cheese

    OREGANO DRESSING:
  • 1 tbls 
    Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tsp 
    Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove 
    Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp 
    Table Salt
  • 1/2 tsp 
    Ground Oregano
  • 1/8 tsp 
    Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup 
    Olive Oil

Directions

1. In a small bowl combine dressing with olives; cover and let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature.

2. In another bowl, combine lettuce, onion, tomato, and green pepper. Mix lightly with olives and Oregano dressing.

3. Sprinkle with cheese.
