1/4 cup1% Milk, with vitamin A

Directions
1. Place potatoes in a colander. Sprinkle with salt and let sit 10 minutes. Squeeze out excess water.2. Combine with egg and onions. Pat into a well-greased 9" pie pan, building up sides with floured fingers.
3. Bake 40-45 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, until browned. after 1/2 hour of baking, spray with cooking spray .
4. In a skillet over medium-heat, saute onions and garlic with butter for 5 minutes.
5. Add herbs and cauliflower and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spread half of cheese into crust, then veggies, then remaining cheese.
6. Combine eggs and milk in a bowl and mix well. Pour egg mixture over cheese. Sprinkle with paprika.
7. Bake 35-40 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit until set.
