Tuna Salad Lettuce Wraps
- 1 can of tuna, in water, drained
- 1 tablespoon non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 dashes of lemon pepper seasoning
- 3 lettuce leaves, iceberg, romaine, or whatever type of lettuce you have on hand
- Thinly sliced tomatoes
Place tuna, yogurt, mustard, and lemon pepper in a bowl; mix. Evenly divide the mixture into the lettuce leaves. Top with sliced tomatoes. Enjoy!
